Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute shape control with using a skin pass and a tension leveler with taking into account the shape correcting effect of the tension leveler.
SOLUTION: A shape measuring device 20 is arranged toward the back of a tension leveler 35 arranged toward the back of a skin mill 10. Accordingly, shape control in accordance with the shape of a sheet 1 to be rolled, which is subjected to shape correction with the tension leveler having a shape correcting effect, is made possible. Further, the shape measuring device 20 measured for a center buckling/wavy edges and a tendency of the overall shape in the width direction of the sheet 1 to be rolled. At the outlet side of the tension leveler 35, the tendency of the overall shape is measured, sufficiently satisfying the purpose, a cost of the shape measuring device is reduced and stabilized control is executed with a simple control.
