This device comprises an illuminating part 19 illuminating around an inspection object 20 at a predetermined angle in order; a camera 11 photographing the inspection object 20 illuminated by the illuminating part 19, in this order; and an image processing means performing image processing of the image data photographed by the camera 11. With this, goodness/badness of the appearance of the inspection object is determined.
