Abstract:
To provide a sharp bending tool for hemming which can suitably perform sharp bending regardless of the level of skill of an operator.SOLUTION: A sharp bending tool 1 for hemming performs sharp bending of a flange-like marginal part 3 by performing partial bending for bending a part of the flange-like marginal part 3 formed on a panel 2 via a bent part 4 so as to make an acute angle between itself and a rear face of the panel 2 while changing a processing position along the flange-like marginal part 3. The sharp bending tool comprises: a first mold part 5 having a support part 8 which supports from the rear face of the panel 2 to the bent part 4; and driving means 7 which drives a second mold part 6 in an advancement direction F and a retraction direction B with respect to the first mold part 5. The second mold part comprises a pressing face which presses an outside of a portion of the flange-like marginal part 3 of the panel 2 supported by the first mold part 5 so that partial bending is performed, when driven in the advancement direction F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
