Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production cost of a retractor body by enhancing durability and sliding performance of a mechanism of supporting the retractor body to slide freely on a base frame, and improving durability and working stability of a clamp mechanism.
SOLUTION: A side wall 60a of a retractor body 4 is engaged with side walls 11a, 12a of a frame 3 so that it slides freely through slots 63, 64 and pins 14, 15. In a clamp mechanism 6, a wedge-shaped clamp member 84 is guided by a guide 82, and the clamp member 84 is pushed by a housing 60 of the retractor body 4, whereby a webbing 2 is clamped.
