This sheet is such one that a plurality of small pieces for application to the oral cavity mucosa are arranged on a separator with its one side or both sides subjected to release treatment; wherein each of the small pieces is such one that one side of a flexible support base is provided with a medicament-contg. adhesive layer, and the small pieces are applied to and arranged on the separator nearly at equal intervals longitudinally and transversely in 2 to 5 rows respectively; furthermore, the distance between the two small pieces adjacent to each other is set so as to be 1.5-6 in the ratio Dp/Di (Dp is the minimum inner diameter passing the respective centers of gravity of the two small pieces; Di is the minimum distance between the two small pieces); and the support base is pref. a fabric such as nonwoven fabric. This sheet can be used for surface anesthetization in the dental field by including a local anesthetic in the small pieces.
