Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet arranging device capable of increasing the moving speed of a sheet arranging means, reducing the arranging time, and coping with the high speed of an image forming device.
CONSTITUTION: In a sheet arranging device having a tray 300 stacked with sheets, the sheet pressing member 502 of a sheet arranging means arranging the sheet discharged onto the tray 300, and a driving means 520 driving the sheet arranging means, a control means increasing the driving speed of the driving means 520 when the sheet pressing member 502 is kept in no contact with the sheet on the tray 300 is provided.
