PURPOSE: To automatically connect the preceding wound out sheet and the following wound out sheet to each other in a bi-axial turret type winding out machine.

CONSTITUTION: The first two sheet clamping devices 5, 5' are provided corresponding to each wiping out shaft 4, 4' on a turret panel 1, and also the second sheet clamping device 24, sheet cutting blade 26 and an adhesive tape pasting device 10 are integrally reciprocation movably provided on a sheet running line toward the next process from the winding out machine. Fast by the first sheet clamping device 5 and the second sheet clamping device 24, after clamping a winding final end part of the preceding sheet, a part between both clamps is cut by the sheet cutting blade 26, and next after turning the turret panel 1, a cut terminal end of the preceding sheet clamped by the second sheet clamping device 24 and a winding out start end of a full winding roll clamped by the first sheet clamping device 5' are butted to each other, to further paste together the butt part with an adhesive tape of the adhesive tape pasting device 10.
