Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet binding processing device capable of carrying out sheet bundling from a position to bundle the sheet in a reliably bundled state without being peeled when a plurality of superposed sheets is processed into crimp binding by a pair of compression members and moved in a predetermined direction.SOLUTION: When a sheet bundle mounted on support means is compressed by a pair of compression surfaces and bundled by crimping the sheet together, a coating layer is fitted to a bundling position of the sheet abutted to a compression surface and pressurized. A sheet binding processing device includes: the support means for supporting the sheet bundle in a state that a plurality of sheets is superposed; sheet bundling means for mutually crimping the sheets by compressing the sheet bundle on the support means by the pair of compression surfaces; coating means for fitting the coating layer to the sheet arranged in a supply part for supplying the sheet to the support means; and control means for controlling the coating means.
