Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting device capable of performing high-speed efficient trimming in which a sheet bundle has no position shift inside and may not have any damage, such as a holding trace, left when held, rotated, and positioned at a cutting position to be cut.SOLUTION: A sheet bundle holding part which holds and then rotates a sheet bundle by a predetermined angle and cuts the sheet bundle at a cutting position, selects and sets holding force for holding the sheet bundle and an average rotating speed or maximum rotating speed of the sheet bundle from a plurality of different stages, and holding force or a rotating speed, at which neither a position shift nor damage is caused upon the basis of density of sheets constituting the sheet bundle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
