Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet bundle conveyance device which can cut a booklet safely and efficiently and load sheet bundles to a data generation device, and to provide a booklet control system which can reliably perform the control of the booklet after being cut.SOLUTION: A sheet bundle conveyance device 10 folds a bundle of sheets into two, generates sheet bundles (a left sheet bundle 18A, a right sheet bundle 18B) from a booklet 12 in which the folded portion is bound by staple processing, and feeds the sheet bundles to an image data generation device (a feeder part 66, a scan data generation part 82). The sheet bundle conveyance device includes: a sheet bundle formation part (a booklet cutting part 32) for forming a pair of sheet bundles from the booklet 12 by cutting a portion of the booklet 12 where the staple processing is performed while opening a page that exposes the portion, and conveying the pair of sheet bundles; and a reverse conveyance part 48 for conveying one of the pair of sheet bundles to the image data generation device, and turning the other of the pair of sheet bundles upside down and conveying it to the image data generation device.
