Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet connector capable of easily coping with warping of an object for connection, convenient in operability, and yet with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: The sheet connector 1 is structured of a rectangular parallelepiped rubber sheet 2, an adhesive sheet coating the rubber sheet, and a plurality of Au films 4 attached on both sides of the adhesive sheets at a constant pitch. Each Au film is used as a contact terminal. The rubber sheet is entirely provided with adhesiveness. The part of the adhesive sheet on an upper face of the rubber sheet has strong adhesiveness on an inner face and weak adhesiveness on an outer face. The part of the adhesive sheet on the underside of the rubber sheet has strong adhesiveness both on inner and outer faces. The rubber sheet, so as to be easily elastically deformed, can be redesigned into a cross-section of an almost H shape. Each Au film is formed on the surface of the adhesive sheet adhered on the surface of each convex strip 2a at four points at left, right, top and bottom sides of the rubber sheet.
