Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional sheet with reduced cost and labor to be used for an aqueous system circulation apparatus and its application method in order to solve such problems in which: circulating water inside of air-conditioning equipment corrodes or clogs the pipeline and eventually reduces cooling efficiency due to an increase in concentration of scales in the water such as iron rust, calcium carbonate or silica, as a result of evaporation of some of the circulating water and a gradual concentration of it while circulating between a cooling tower and heat exchanger; to solve this problem, a tank housing ceramic balls is disposed in the middle of the water circulation path, or a water-soluble polymer is added to the circulating water, which, however, requires labor and cost.SOLUTION: The functional sheet to be used for an aqueous system circulation apparatus and its application method include sandwiching a plurality of functional solid materials which are two-dimensionally dispersed, by a pair of flexible water permeable sheets, and making the functional solid materials partially affixed or fastened to each other so that the functional solid materials may not be scattered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
