Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the generation of abrasion and to certainly perform cutting off by setting the ridgeline of a rectilinear blade obliquely extended with respect to the flow of corrugated cardboard in parallel to the under surface of the corrugated cardboard, and bringing the left and right tilting suppressing elastic deformation members of a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped movable block having a pivotally supporting fitting hole provided to the lower part thereof in an edge tool rotary direction into contact with the under surface of the block.
SOLUTION: A movable block 14 having a rectilinear blade 12 implanted therein obliquely with respect to a rotary direction Y-Y is pivotally supported by the pivolally supporting setting bolt, which is provided in the rotary direction Y-Y, fitted in an up-and-down long pivotally supporting fitting through-hole 14a. In order-to form a contact point by bringing both ends A, B of the rectilinear blade into contact with a rotary curved surface, the movable block 14 is tilted left and right with respect to a pivot support shaft Y-Y by rotary torque. The rotary torque is absorbed by an elastic deformation member 16 and sheet cutting counterforce is absorbed at the same time thereby, and the contact point of the cylindrical rotary curved surface forming a lower anvil knife and the rectilinear blade 12 is smoothly tilted from A/B to B/A. By this constitution, the abrasion between the side surface of the movable block and a guide plate is perfectly eliminated and a joining flange base part can be certainly cut.
