Abstract:
To enable fire extinction in a facility having a high ceiling and structurally large space area such as a warehouse, in which fire can be surely suppressed.SOLUTION: A sheet developing device 10 holds a partitioning sheet 14 wound in a rolled manner, and vertically develops the partitioning sheet 14 by falling one end while fixing the other end of the sheet when the holding of the partitioning sheet 14 is released by an operational signal from outside. The sheet developing devices 10 are provided in a grid-like manner on an upper plane of a large protective space such as a warehouse. In the event of fire, the plurality of sheet developing devices 10 are operated to surround the target area including the fire break-out position to vertically develop the partitioning sheet 14 to form a partitioned area, which suppresses emission of fire, smoke, and heat to the outside, sprays fire extinguishing agent into the partitioned area to suppress fire, and spray cool water from a cooling agent spraying head 28 to a sheet surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
