To provide a sheet dividing and winding device capable of winding a narrow width belt-like sheet whose width is narrower than a fitting width of a winding collar to a center drive shaft by a friction winding shaft with excellent quality.

A plurality of winding cores C are mounted on a winding collar group 13 via respective winding core adapters 14. A winding collar 10 is mounted on a center drive shaft 8 via a first rolling bearing 9. The winding core adapter 14 is composed of an annular body 17 penetrating the winding core C and winding core fixing means 18 for fixing the winding core C on the annular body 17 and has a second rolling bearing 19 mounted on an end part of the annular body 17, and the adjacent annular bodies 17 are in contact with each other sandwiching the second rolling bearing 19. A narrow width belt-like sheet S has a width that is equal to a quotient obtained by division of a fitting width of the annular body 17 to the winding collar group 13 by the number of friction winding shafts 1, and a width of an inner peripheral surface of the annular body 17 is narrower than a fitting width of the winding collar 10 to the center drive shaft.
