Abstract:
To provide a sheet feeding device having stable separating performance by improving overlap feed caused by the impact of a sheet rushing into a separating slant face.
This sheet feeding device is provided with a stacking part 21 for stacking a sheet material, the separating slant face 22 provided at the upstream side of the stacking part 21 to separate the sheet material, and a feed roller 17 capable of contacting/separating from the sheet material. The sheet feeding device is further provided with an intermittent feeding means 13 which temporarily stops rotation after feeding the sheet material a prescribed distance by the rotation of the feed roller 17 and then starts feeding again.
