Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the omission of machines and tools in a sheet forming device and eliminate the waste of energy by eliminating the necessity of temperature rise after cooling.
CONSTITUTION: In a sheet forming device, stretching is carried out by using crystal resin 23 extruded into the sheet shape out of a die 21, a cooling device consisting of first, second, third and fourth cooling rolls 24, 25, 26 and 27 for cooling the resin 23 and orientation rolls 28 and 29 for orienting the sheetshaped resin when the crystal resin temperature is lowered to the temperature suitable for orientation by the cooling device.
