PURPOSE: To manufacture a sheet for in-mold decorating without distortion of patterns, of superior resistance to wear and resistance to scuffing and with deep feeling patterns by printing patterns on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet of good molding properties, laminating a thermoplastic resin sheet, transparent and well-moldable, and laminating the thermoplastic resin sheet of good molding properties and high heat resistance on the back.

CONSTITUTION: The title sheet is formed as follows: pattern printing 2 is carried out on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 of good molding properties, and a thermoplastic resin sheet 3, transparent and well-moldable is laminated, while a thermoplastic resin sheet 4 of good molding properties and high heat resistance is laminated on the back. If desired, embossing 5 is applied on the surface, and further the surface of the emboss can be colored by the application of ink 6 and by wiping. As for the thermoplastic resin sheet 1, a sheet of polyvinyl chloride, acylic resin or the like is suitable, and as for the thermoplastic resin sheet 3, a sheet similar to the sheet 1 is used. As the thermoplastic sheet 4, a sheet of ABS resin, polyethylene, polypropylene or the like is suitable.
