Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet line-up device for surely lining up sheets, which is miniaturized in its entirety, and a sorter including this device.
CONSTITUTION: A device body 20 is provided at predetermined positions with first and second guides 38, 40 in which first and second pins 37, 39 provided at opposite ends of a movable member 36 are movably fitted, and a cam 33 for moving the first pin 37 along the first guide groove 38 is coupled to a geared motor 31 while an arm 41 incorporating a friction member 44 is attached at the front end of the movable member 36.
