Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a panel part by surely and inexpensively removing foreign matter attached or stuck to a sheet material. SOLUTION: A brush roll 3 being a means to float the foreign matter on the surface of the sheet material in a cleaning oil and a downstream nozzle 4 being a means for washing out the foreign matter from the surface of the sheet material are arranged separately in the flow direction of the sheet material. In a course to move the sheet material through a transporting passage A, the work to float the foreign matter on the surface of the sheet material in the cleaning oil and to wash out the floated foreign matter is performed successively. A turbid oil containing the foreign matter floated from the sheet material is washed out toward the upstream direction until passed through a jetting point X and does not remain on the surface of the sheet material finally. Then the removal of the foreign matter is surely performed.
