Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the original function of a sensor from being impaired even in the case of assembling accuracy being low.
SOLUTION: A light transmission type sensor is so constituted that the direction of a line (imaginary line) m1 connecting two lead wires 501a of a light emitting part 501 is vertical to a longitudinal direction n1 of a slit 506a and that the direction of a line (imaginary line) m2 connecting two lead wires 502a, 502a of a light receiving part 502 is vertical to a longitudinal direction n2 of a slit 506b. Accordingly, even in the case of the light emitting part 501 and the light receiving part 502 being fitted in an inclined state to a base 50, the inclined direction is the same direction as the longitudnal directions n1, n2 of the slits 506a, 506b. Light emitted from the light emitting part 501 is therefore detected by the light receiving part 502, so that the original function of the sensor is not impaired.
