Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet, material giving appearance of stereoscopic pattern, thus suitable for facing floor tiles, wall tiles, or furniture, all of which have full of variety.
CONSTITUTION: The objective sheet material having such structure that a base material 1 is laminated with a facing material which is made up of (1) a vinyl chloride-based resin film 5 and (2) a fiber-incorporated transparent vinyl chloride- based resin layer 3 where individual constituent fibers are nonlinearly, randomly crossed mutually in a separated, independent manner, and, besides, nonwoven fabric-like filamentous fibers 4 with a single fiber fineness of 10-50 denier and ≥75% in mean transmittance and 300-700 in formation index are dispersed.
