Abstract:
To provide a sheet material recovery method and a sheet material recovery device with which, while avoiding applying a load to a winding shaft, it is possible to easily wind up a sheet material to recover.SOLUTION: A sheet material recovery device comprises: a winding unit 57 that winds up a release liner S; a suction hole 69 that is disposed to the winding unit 57 and which holds the release liner S; a winding mechanism 51 that rotates the winding unit 57 while the release liner S is held by the suction hole 69, causing the release liner S to be wound up in a roll form to the winding unit 57; a large diameter adjustment mechanism 61 that reduces a diameter D2 of the winding unit 57 to be smaller than a diameter D1 of a winding unit when the release liner S is wound up to the winding unit 57, thereby forming a gap Vb between the release liner S having been wound up in a roll form and the winding unit 57; and a control unit 40 that releases a state of a tip St of the release liner S being held by the suction hole 69.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
