Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate member transport device which can transport a plate member at high speed while suppressing fluttering of the plate member.SOLUTION: A plate member transport device 1000 transports a plate member WP1. The plate member transport device 1000 comprises: plural vacuum cups 110 for adsorbing the plate member WP1 on an adsorption face 110a; a transport part 120 for moving the plural vacuum cups 110; and a belt conveyor 210 arranged along a movement area of the plural vacuum cups 110. The belt conveyor 210 is arranged to face the adsorption face 110a of the plural vacuum cups 110. A distance between the plate member WP1 adsorbed to the plural vacuum cups 110 and the belt conveyor 210 is in a range of 0 mm or more and 1 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
