Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the shape deformation and the position deviation of a hole provided in a material to be worked when performing the bending work of the material to be worked by providing a projecting part pressurizing and fixing a sheet with the load of a deformation stress on the plane of the sheet or more, on a base plate or a pressurizing member in the vicinity of the sheet metal working part.
CONSTITUTION: A punch 4 for bending, supported by a punch plate 1 is lowered, and a material 6 to be worked is held between a die plate 3 and a material keep plate 2 pressurized by pressurizing a mechanism 5. The held material 6 is restricted between a part to be bent of the material and a part not to be bent by material restriction parts 2a and 3a provided respectively on the material keep plate 2 and the die plate 3. A bending punch 4 is lowered, and is brought into contact with the material 6 to squeeze the material 6, and bending is performed by the die plate 3. Thus, the part not to be bent can be prevented from being applied with stress by fixing the material 6 with the material restriction parts 2a and 3a.
