To eliminate trouble in holding operation of a tab with a gripper and smooth binding work by forming a notch in a tab for holding which is formed at least at one edge of a sheet section having a shape of square plate.

This sheet pallet is formed of a square plate-like sheet section 2 for piling a matter to be conveyed 6 and a holding tab section 3 connected to the sheet section. Notches 3b are formed at the tab section 3 and a notch tab 3a is left. The matter to be conveyed 6 is laid on the sheet pallet and a binding band 5 binds the matter to be conveyed 6 at the positions of the notches 3b formed at the tab section 3 in a bound state. Accordingly, the notch tab 3a is not folded on the face of the matter to be conveyed 6 by the binding band 5. Also, a gripper of a push-pull fork lift holds the notch tab 3a, so that any trouble does not occur also when the matter to be conveyed 6 is to be pulled onto a platen.
