PURPOSE: To automatically and surely house all the exclusion bonds to be housed in an exclusion bond collector.

CONSTITUTION: A bank bond discriminated as the exclusion bond P is held with an impeller 30, and is sent to and collected in a temporary collection part 42. This collector is comprised in such a manner that a separator 31 is operated so as to scrape out remaining exclusion bonds P in the impeller 30, and also, all the exclusion bonds P can be pushed in a housing cassette 32 by the separator 31 when the exclusion bond P at the temporary collection part 42 arrives at constant quantity and interrupted processing is restarted.
