Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of ununiform blisters and curls by disposing projections and depressions on the backing layer-disposing surface of a substrate by an embossing method and setting the adhesive force between the backing layer and the substrate to a value smaller than the adhesive force between the peeling layer and the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Projections and depressions are disposed on the backing surface 11b (to be used for disposing a backing layer 25 thereon) of a substrate 11 by an embossing method. The adhesive force between the backing layer and the substrate is set to be smaller than the adhesive force between a peeling layer 13 and the substrate, and the water generated by heating the substrate is released from the adhered surface between the backing layer and the substrate.
