To provide a sheet processing device capable of binding a sheet bundle inserted into a manual feeding set part and a sheet bundle loaded on loading means by binding means, and capable of replenishing staples into the binding means.SOLUTION: Binding means can bind a corner part of a sheet bundle at a first position, and can bind a sheet bundle set at a manual feeding set part at a second position, and further can be positioned at a third position being a position at which staple needles are replenished to the binding means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
