PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, a user has to consider detail of additional processing other than a perforation and set a position of the perforation, and if the position of the perforation is not considered, effect of the perforation cannot be acquired.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device for issuing a job including bookbinding processing which uses a sheet, when setting of a perforation is instructed to a sheet which is an object of the bookbinding processing, a page on which the perforation is set and a position of the perforation are designated, and whether or not the designated position of the perforation is effective is determined, then the determination result is represented to a user.
