To provide a sheet processor allowed to vertically receive a sheet in a preferred state with a space-saved and simple configuration.SOLUTION: A sheet processor 24 comprises a sheet receiving member 30 that has first and second receiving units 30B, 30A to accommodate sheets S and sheet displacing means 31 that is accommodated in the sheet receiving member 30. The first receiving unit 30A has a first and second wall portions 30Aa, 30Ab, and the second receiving unit 30B has a third wall portion 30Ba provided continuously with the first and second wall portions 30Aa, 30Ab. The second wall portion 30Ab and the third wall portion 30Ba are connected together through a bend portion 30C that is bent to broaden the accommodation space of the second receiving unit 30B as compared with the first receiving unit 30A. The sheet displacing means 31 goes into contact with an upper end of a preceding sheet S1 such that the upper end of the preceding sheet S1 approaches toward the third wall portion 30Ba and displaces the preceding sheet S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
