Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet-quality indicator enabling an operator to easily discriminate stripe-like streaks and quality irregularities in the proceeding direction.
CONSTITUTION: This sheet-quality indicator is connected to a sheet-quality measuring device having a sensor 10 which measures quality of paper or plastic such as weight, thickness, etc., and a drive means 20 which moves the sensor reciprocally in the width direction and installed with a profile data unit 30 which records measured quality-indices as a distribution in the width direction, a profile data storing unit 40 which memorizes stored quality-indices stored as units of sensor scanning in the profile data unit in each product unit measured by the quality measuring device, a profile data secondary dimension indicating means 50 which indicates values of the quality-indices of each product unit using a two-dimensional coordinate system in the width and proceeding directions of the paper or the sheet and a color displaying means 60 which gives a predetermined color correspondingly to the value of the quality-indices and displays the value of the quality-indices in color in a screen expressed by the profile data two-dimensional means.
