Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply and certainly install sheet rails by making one installation hole positioned on one diagonal line into smaller diameter and the other into longer diameter, among a plurality of installation holes of a sheet-rail assembly screwed onto the floor surface of a car. CONSTITUTION:A pair of sheet rails 1 and 2 in parallel are jointed by cross members 3, and each pair of brackets 4-7 are fixed onto the outside surfaces of the sheet rails 1 and 2. While, on a floor surface 16, two stud bolts 12 are fixedly installed, and fitted into an installation hole 8 and an eliptical hole 9 formed onto two brackets 4 and 6 positioned in the diagonal directions. In this case, the inside diameter of the installation hole 8 is set so as to be tightly fitted with the corresponding stud bolt 12, and the direction of the longer diameter of the elliptical hole 9 is allowed to coincide with the direction connecting the both stud bolts 12. Further, relatively larger installation holes 10 and 11 are drilled onto other two brackets 5 and 7.
