PURPOSE: To reduce the torque of a belt turning driving device and vibration at operation by arranging a belt which is arranged to turn freely round in respective suction boxes and provided with suction through holes on the surface and projectingly provided with kick out claws to hook the end part of a sheet.

CONSTITUTION: The near end of the lowermost sheet S of piled sheets S between a fixed position ruler plate 4 and a movable ruler plate 41 is hooked with a kick out claw 31 of a belt 3 and turned round. Hereby, the sheet S is kicked out. The belt 3 is arranged in a suction box 22 having opening on the upper face, sucking force is applied on the transport face of the belt 3 to suck the end face of the sheet S, and hence the near end of the sheet S is not disconnected from the kick out claw 31. At every hooking the sheet S end with the kick out claw 31 on the belt 3, the sheet is continuously kicked out one by one.
