Abstract:
To provide technologies that exert the appropriate adhesion of an electric shaver to the skin while reducing the unshaved area, when shaving with an electric shaver.SOLUTION: Provided is a sheet-shaped cosmetic for pre-shave, which comprises a non-woven fabric and a cosmetic composition impregnated in the non-woven fabric, the cosmetic composition containing: a component (A): 10 mass% or more and 39 mass% or less of ethanol; a component (B): 0.01 mass% or more and 0.30 mass% or less of a nonionic surfactant; and a component (C): 59 mass% or more and 89 mass% or less of water, and the content of component (D) being 1.2 mass% or less when the cosmetic composition contains a component (D): polyhydric alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
