A cross copolymer having specific composition and a resin composition thereof are provided, which are really excellent in energy ray (electron beam) crosslinking characteristics and can obtain a sufficient degree of crosslinking with an industrially advantageous low dose. Also, a sheet crosslinked under specific conditions is suitable as the sheet for a skin material in a wide range including automotive interior ones because the sheet has good heat resistance, mechanical characteristics, and emboss retention properties, and is excellent in scratch and wear resistance and oil resistance.
