The sheet structure for communication is composed of at least three layers of upper, middle, and lower layers. In the upper layer having conductive performance, there are conductive and nonconductive sections, the ratio of the conductive section is 8-45%, the conductive section continues without being interrupted completely, and the electric resistance value is not more than 5 /m2. In the middle layer, a dielectric tangent in a frequency from 800 MHz to 5 GHz is not more than 0.01. In the lower layer, the entire surface is conductive, and the electric resistance value is not more than 1 /m2.
