Title:
SHEET WINDING SHAFT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015137160
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a winding shaft to maintain a constant value at all times without reducing an engaging force of an engaging piece engaged with a winding core, and eliminate energization means for pulling the engaging piece in the winding shaft.SOLUTION: A sheet winding shaft is configured as follows: a rotation force of a shaft core part 1 is transmitted to an outer peripheral ring Aby pressing a first piston P; a slide ring Sis slid by a biasing force of a compression coil spring 25 for generating an engaging force, and an engaging piece E is protruded to an outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral ring through a conversion mechanism for converting a slide direction at 90° so that the engaging piece is engaged with an inner peripheral surface of a winding core D, and the rotation force of the shaft core part is transmitted to the winding core through the outer peripheral ring; and the slide ring is slid by a second piston Pagainst the biasing force of the compression coil spring in a shaft direction opposite to the biasing force by air pressure of compressed air passing through a second route Rthat is formed in the shaft core part so that the engaging piece is pulled. The conversion mechanism is a link mechanism in which the slide ring and the engaging piece are connected through one link.
