Abstract:
To obtain a sheetlike pack cosmetic which simply provides excellent moist feel imparting effect, emollient effect and excellent sense of use when applied to the skin, especially to the face.
The pack cosmetic is obtained by impregnating a sheetlike base with a milky lotion containing (A) a nonionic surfactant, (B) a humectant and (C) an oil agent.
