Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly slide a shelf board through a simple mechanism by providing 1st and 2nd rollers, which are attached on the inner surfaces of both flanges at the rear part of a groove-shaped rail and positioned on mutually opposite sides through the web of an I-shaped rail, and a 3rd roller attached on a web at the front part of the I-shaped rail while facing the lower web surface of the groove-shaped rail. CONSTITUTION: Concerning this shelf board sliding device, an I-shaped rail 3 extended in depthwise direction is attached on the upper surface of a base board 1, and a groove-shaped rail 4 extended in the depthwise direction and inserted into the groove of the I-shaped rail 3 is attached on the lower surface of a shelf board 2. 1st and 2nd rollers 5 and 6 are respectively attached on the inner surfaces of both flanges 4a and 4b at the rear part of the groove- shaped rail 4, and a 3rd roller 7 is attached on a web 3a at the front part of the I-shaped rail 3. The base board 1 is a base board for a storage box 8 in the closet, etc., and is installed on a casters 10 and on its back, a back plate 9 is attached. The groove-shaped rail is held through three rollers, the mechanism is simplified, further, the basklash of the shelf board is prevented and smooth sliding is enabled.
