To provide a shelf device of a desk with a lifting and lowering top panel, which has a top panel where both side parts are supported by a leg body incorporating a lifting and lowering mechanism, is provided with a shelf at the upper back part of the top panel and improves usability in the desk with the lifting and lowering top panel which can adjust the height of this top panel, can achieve various usage patterns combining the lifting and lowering of the top panel, or can adjust the height of optional instruments of FPD or the like with the top panel.
The desk has a structure in which a leg body 2 is arranged on both sides supports the lower part of a movable leg 7 in a fixed leg 6 so as to be vertically moved. A drive mechanism is provided in connection with these fixed leg and movable leg and the movable leg can move up and down. The height of a lifting and lowering top panel 1 which is attached to the upper end of the movable leg can be adjusted. While a fixed support 8 is placed on the fixed leg at the side part on the back side of the lifting and lowering top panel and is installed upright, a small top panel 9 is supported by the fixed support. The small top panel is maintained at a constant height without interference of the lifting and lowering movement of the lifting and lowering top panel.
