Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth the taking-in and -out of a dish basket.
SOLUTION: This shelf 18 comprises a pair of frames 36 and 36 arranged in parallel with a longitudinal space, and a plurality of cylindrical pipes 38 arranged between the frames in parallel at lateral intervals. An air stopping plate 40 for interrupting the passing of hot air is erected between the front and rear frames 36 and 36 opposed to both dish baskets 22 and 22 placed on the shelf 18. When the dish baskets 22 and 22 are placed on the shelf 18, the end part of each dish basket 22, 22 is placed on the air stopping plate 40. The upper surface of the wind stopping plate 40 has ribs 42 extending in a prescribed length in the taking-in and -out direction of each basket 22, which are protrusively provided in the vicinity of both lateral end parts where the dish baskets 22 are placed.
