To provide a shelter capable of minimizing the probability of radio disturbance even if a communication area is located under it.

A radio absorber is attached to cover at least the lower surface of a roof material 1, or at least the lower surface of the roof material 1 is formed of the radio absorber. Consequently, even if unnecessary radio wave R2 such as reflected wave coming from under the shelter arrives at the lower surface of the roof material 1, it is absorbed by or attenuated by the radio absorber, whereby even if the communication area A is located under the shelter, the probability of radio disturbance resulted from the reflected wave or the like can be minimized.
