PURPOSE: To enable a shield case to be enhanced in assembly workability, heat dissipating properties, and shielding effect.

CONSTITUTION: An upper case 1 and a side wall board 15, and a lower case 8 and a side wall board 15 are formed into two pieces of integral structure for the formation of a shield case separable into an upper case 1 and a lower case 8. A heat dissipating plate 4 brought into electronic components by pressure is provided to the upper case 1 or a large number of small holes 3 are provided to the case 1 so as to enable silicone grease to be uniformly spread among electronic components to enhance the electronic components in heat dissipating properties. Earth terminal pins 16 are provided to the lower case 8 in one piece so as to be connected to the earth pins of another (main) board for the enhancement of a shield case of this design in shielding effect.
