The shield machine 1 is formed by arranging and integrating multiple ordinary shield machines in parallel to a center axis, and each machine is provided with launchers 2 in a manner that allows them to come in/out, and each launcher 2 is arranged in symmetrical positions together with an overbreak cutter 5. When a track portion tunnel and a station portion are to be constructed, after shield machines 1 are arranged horizontally with the launchers 2 and the cutters 5 stored for carrying out boring and tunnel construction. When the machines approach the station portion, if launchers 2 and cutters 5 are pushed out, as each launcher 2 is pushed out in opposite directions, the shield machine 1 take a vertical posture due to a reactive force. And then the launchers 2 and the cutters 5 are stored in the shield machines 1, and a platform is constructed. Thus twist is given to the shield machine 1 effectively, track portion and a station portion with a narrow land can be constructed without constructing a shaft.
