To improve corrosion resistance of the inner face of a tunnel by coating the inner face side of the tunnel of segments such as a steel-made seg ment, a cast iron-made segment and a composite segment with a high polymer film having corrosion resistance.
After segments 1 such as a steel-made segment, a cast iron segment and a composite segment are manufactured, the inner face side of a tunnel is coated with a high polymer film material 2 by a method of adhesion and the like. For instance, the high polymer film material 2 is a material having corrosion resistance of a rubber, a synthetic resin and the like such as a plastic and polyvinyl chloride, and formed in the form of a sheet integrally forming a plurality of projections 2a with the same material at the side of a sticking face with the segment 1. The projections 2a act as anchors, and are stuck on concrete of the inner face side of the tunnel of the segments 1. The segments 1 coated with the high polymer film material 2 improve durability of the inner face of the tunnel and outward appearance is good.
