Title:
SHIELDED RESISTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03288401
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To offer a shielded resistance which can easily be handled and which stably displays an effect against an external noise by providing a shield which is composed of one pair of conductor layers and of a ferromagnetic-material layer sandwiched between them.

CONSTITUTION: A shield in this shielded resistance is constituted of the following: a conductor layer 5a which is wound around an insulator layer 4; a ferromagnetic-material layer 7 which is formed on the outside of the conductor layer 5a; and a second conductor layer 5b which is wound furthermore around the ferromagnetic-material layer 7. The shield constituted in this manner converts an invaded electromagnetic-wave noise into a magnetic field and, furthermore, into a heat energy. Consequently, the noise does not reach a resistor layer 2 on the inside.
