To provide a shift actuator mechanism of an automatic transmission system which can effectively prevent gears from slipping out and which includes a gear supporting plate while attaining reduction in weight.
The shift actuator mechanism 2 comprises a case 22, a shaft 24 supported in the case 22, an actuator 25 which actuates the shaft 24 supported in the case 22, and a gear group 26 consisting of a plurality of gears 31 to 35 located in a machine house 21 so as to transmit the driving force of the actuator 25 to the shaft 24. The case 22 of the shift actuator mechanism 2 is attached to a housing 5 of the automatic gear system 1. The shift actuator mechanism is equipped with the sheet-like gear supporting plate 4 which supports the gears of the gear group 26 to prevent the gear group 26 from slipping out when mounting the shift actuator mechanism.
