本発明は、概して、ワイヤアレイの移行および製造に関し、より具体的には、電子アシスト技法を用いたそのようなワイヤアレイの移行および製造に関する。製造方法は、（１）製造用基板上にワイヤアレイを形成するステップと、（２）ワイヤアレイの下方の製造用基板の一部内に多孔質層を形成するステップと、（３）製造用基板の残存部分から多孔質層およびワイヤアレイを分離するステップと、（４）ワイヤアレイの上端を標的基板に張り付けるステップとを含む。
