To provide a shifter fork of a transmission capable of reducing the number of part items and avoiding the rattling of an entire gear shift operation device.
This shifter fork 6 comprises a main lever part 6a extending from a shifter rod 2 to near a counter shaft 4 after bypassing one side of a main shaft 3, a sub lever part 6b positioned on the opposite side of the main lever part 6a through the counter shaft 4, an a connection part 6c passing through a clearance between the main shaft 3 and the counter shaft 4 to integrate both lever parts 6a and 6b to each other. The main lever part 6a and the sub lever part 6b are pivotally installed in a transmission case through pivots 7a and 7b positioned on a same axis. Thus the shifter fork 6 can be directly linked to the shifter rod 2 without using a junction part.
